Kansas Heritage Park - Mixed Use Lifestyle Center Development (fka the Vineyard)

Kansas Heritage Park is being planned as an open air mixed use development consisting of retail, office, and loft apartments that offer a unique experience of urban living in a town square and main street as found in small Kansas communities in the early 1900's.

The development is enhanced by the old brick streets, street lights, landscape, water features, vineyards and buildings that resemble actual buildings in smaller Kansas communities and bring about the valuable past.

Bordering the 20 acres and being on the Kansas Historic Register, the Matrot Castle and Vineyard and the Kansas Heritage Park will be designed to promote Kansas History as well as Kansas economy by serving as a tourism and entertainment center that reflects today's lifestyle and promotes our proud Kansas Heritage.
